History and Irish Setters
Irish Setters have always been a part of my life in 1987 I started showing Irish Setters with my Mother, every weekend we would go to dog shows, and ring craft classes once a week. I would handle dogs in the breed and enter many Junior handling and KCJO classes (YKC nowdays).
The first, "first" I ever won at a dog show was at Dukeries Gundog Club the 12-16 year old junior handling class age 12. This was me qualified for the JHA Semi Finals at Richmond and I was bitten by the dog show bug.

I purchased my own Irish Setter in 1996, "Zoe" Wyndlee Scarlet O'Hara at Redhara from Mrs Pat Beard.
Zoe was never a big winner at shows but I did learn a lot from her and she gained her stud book number at The Midland Irish Setter Championship Show from Limit.
